Which ticket type should I purchase?
Provider tickets available to owners and operators of ambulatory surgery centers. Vendor tickets are for finance, technology, consulting and other roles that do not directly own and/or operate an ambulatory surgery center.
Where will the Ambulatory Surgery Center News Investment & Operations Conference be held?
The event will be held in July 8-9, 2026 at Grand Hyatt Denver, 1750 Welton St, Denver, CO 80202.
Is there a hotel room block?

What is the refund policy?
Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.
Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email events@wtwhmedia.com for more information.
In the event that WTWH must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future WTWH event, at WTWH’s discretion.
What does my ticket include?
A ticket to the in-person event includes access to all sessions, as well as one reception, one lunch, and breakfast and refreshments on both days of the event.
Are there kosher meals or other dietary options at the event?
Please contact events@wtwhmedia.com with any dietary restrictions. Please note, we are unable to accommodate diet restrictions within 30-days of the event.

My company or organization owns or is an active investor in a provider. Which ticket type can I purchase?
If your organization owns or invests in a provider or providers in this space, your firm is classified as a private equity investor. If you wish to get the provider pricing, you would need to use that organization’s email system/domain to register for the ticket to qualify as a provider. No exceptions.
